We build AI automation that reads documents, drafts paperwork, fills forms, answers customers and runs whole workflows — so your people review and decide instead of typing from scratch. Proven across a full visa & immigration suite, and built to fit any business that repeats the same work every day.
Everything below is built and live — not a roadmap. Some tools are AI-powered, reading and drafting on their own; others are standalone software that runs without any AI key. Take one, take several, or have any of them tailored to your business.
Powered by Anthropic’s Claude — these read documents, verify them, draft paperwork and fill forms on their own.
Upload an applicant's raw documents. The tool reads them, extracts every detail, builds a structured applicant profile, and drafts the complete supporting-document package — ready for your review in seconds instead of hours.
Far beyond extraction. It reads, verifies, compares and reports — catching inconsistencies, mismatches and tampered documents before they ever reach a submission counter.
End-to-end automation of the US DS-160 on the official CEAC portal. Upload the applicant's passport and a data file — the form fills itself and advances, page by page, with no typing.
The same engine for the UK Standard Visitor visa on the gov.uk Access UK service. Auto-fill, auto-select, auto-answer and auto-continue — the application completes itself from the applicant's own documents.
General-purpose OCR beyond visas. Drop in invoices, receipts, forms or any complex document and it returns clean, structured data — one at a time or hundreds in a batch, exported straight to Excel.
Plus the Doqify CRM Platform — the command centre that runs all of the above inside one workspace. Full breakdown below.
Standalone business software that works out of the box — no AI key, no ongoing usage cost. Install it and run.
A complete GST invoicing platform for any Indian business.
End-to-end practice management for clinics and hospitals.
A self-contained workspace for a visa or documentation agency.
Every tool works on its own or together, and each is customisable to your templates, workflow and branding. Includes setup and onboarding. You decide the price that fits — AI usage, where it applies, is billed separately by Anthropic at cost (see below).
This is where everything comes together. The document drafting, the OCR fraud-checks and both form autopilots are built directly inside one command centre — wired to client pipelines, deadlines, messaging, invoicing and a live client portal. A single applicant’s file can travel from raw documents to a filed-ready package, invoice and sent update without a keystroke. Built and running today — and shaped around how real visa teams actually work.
Most CRMs just store contacts. This one does the work. Every AI tool Doqify makes lives inside it — so the moment an applicant’s checklist is complete, it reads their documents, runs the fraud & verification checks, drafts the full package, fills the visa form, raises the invoice and messages the client, automatically. Clients, pipelines, deadlines, communication, filing and reporting — one platform, running the whole desk.
The platform is built and running. Tell us how your firm works and we’ll shape it around your pipeline — and you set the price that fits, not a fixed sticker.
Every AI-powered tool and the CRM comes two ways — own it outright, or let us run the whole thing for you. Same software either way; you pick what suits how your firm likes to work.
A single payment, per tool. It’s yours.
One bill, in rupees. Nothing to set up.
Honest by design: there’s no “unlimited” AI here. Your AI usage is metered and passed through at cost, so a light month is a light bill and a heavy month reflects the work done — never a surprise, never padded by us.
The tools above are what we’ve already built. Below is what we build to order — AI automation shaped around your business, whatever industry you’re in. If your team does it by hand and repeats it every day, it can almost certainly be automated.
A smart assistant on WhatsApp, your website or email that answers questions, collects documents, books appointments and hands the tricky ones to a human.
Answers staff and customer questions from your own documents, policies and FAQs — accurately, in seconds, around the clock.
Sorts incoming tickets, drafts the replies, and escalates only what genuinely needs a person.
Answers inbound calls, books appointments and takes messages — a tireless receptionist that never misses a call.
Any document — invoices, receipts, forms, IDs, contracts — read and turned into clean structured data or straight into your systems.
Generate letters, reports, proposals and contracts from a simple data file, in your own format and wording.
Weekly and monthly reports generated automatically from your raw data — no more copying numbers into slides.
Ask your spreadsheets and database questions in plain English and get instant answers — no analyst required.
Extract key clauses, flag risks and summarise long documents in moments instead of hours.
Detect tampered documents, cross-check details and verify identities before anything reaches a decision.
Scores and sorts every incoming lead and routes the hot ones to your sales team the moment they arrive.
Writes tailored cold emails and messages at scale — personal to each prospect, sent in a fraction of the time.
Turns a short brief into a polished, on-brand proposal or quote ready to send.
Watches your reviews across platforms and drafts on-brand replies so nothing goes unanswered.
Blogs, product descriptions, ad copy and newsletters on demand, in your brand’s voice.
Captions, hashtags, scheduling and turning one post into ten across every channel.
Keyword research, content briefs and meta tags that help you rank, produced automatically.
Documents, chat and content in any language — reach customers wherever they are.
Sorts the inbox, labels what matters, drafts replies and flags what needs you first.
Transcribes your calls and pulls out the decisions and action items automatically.
Ranks and shortlists candidates against a role so hiring managers only read the best.
Answers new-hire and HR-policy questions internally, so your team isn’t the help desk.
Automated WhatsApp and email sequences tied to deadlines, stages and payments — nothing slips.
Scheduling, confirmations, token queues and no-show reminders, handled end to end.
Every service above is built to order, so it’s priced to your project — not a fixed sticker. Tell us which ones you want and what your budget is, and we’ll shape a package that fits. Simple automations start small; bigger builds are scoped and quoted before any work begins. AI usage, where it applies, is billed directly by Anthropic at cost.
A full CRM for your industry, a bespoke workflow that connects the tools you already use, a government-portal autopilot, an AI-powered ERP — if it’s repetitive and rule-based, we can build it. Tell us the process; we’ll scope it and quote it.
The AI does the repetitive part. Your people do the judgement — which is what your customers actually pay for.
Show us the task your team repeats by hand — the documents, the forms, the messages, the reports. We map exactly where AI fits.
We run one of your real cases through it — an existing tool tailored to you, or a new build — so you see the actual output for your business, not a generic sample.
Your team checks a ready-made result instead of starting from a blank page. Nothing final happens without a person signing off.
We want you to know exactly what you are buying, and what it costs to run. There are no hidden fees here, and no pretence about where the intelligence comes from.
We did not build the AI model — Claude does the reading, drafting and reasoning. What we built is the software around it: the extensions, the workflows, the document templates and the automation that turn Claude into a working tool for a visa firm.
These extensions require an Anthropic API key, which your firm creates and pays for directly. This is a separate cost from the software itself, billed to you directly by Anthropic at their standard rates. You see every rupee of it on your own console, itemised, as it happens. Nothing is added by us.
Because the extensions run on your own API key, applicant data goes from your browser straight to your own Anthropic account. It never passes through us — we never see it, and we never store it. You also pay for AI at cost, with no markup from us.
It is charged per applicant, not per month, and it moves with the amount of paper a client hands you. Being specific about this matters more than quoting an average that will not match your files — so here is exactly what moves the number.
A digitally-issued PDF is cheap to read. The same document photographed or printed and rescanned costs several times more, because every page has to be read as an image. This single factor can double a file’s cost.
An eight-page bank statement costs roughly eight times a one-page certificate. Six months of statements for a family of four is genuinely a large file, and it is priced like one.
Each additional traveller brings their own identity and financial documents, and each is verified independently to the same forensic depth. A family application costs more than a solo one.
A document already read is not read again. Adding one missing certificate and re-running, or reusing a client’s passport and statements for a second country months later, costs a fraction of the first run.
Any average we published would be wrong for most firms, because it depends entirely on the document mix above. So we do not publish one.
Instead, bring a real application to the demo. We run it end to end and read the exact spend straight off the console with you — your documents, your figure, in front of you. In practice it lands at a low single-digit percentage of what a firm charges for the application it replaces several hours of work on.
Since firms keep asking for a number, here is an honest one. These are approximate ranges, modelled from the exact token budgets each tool uses — not invoices. AI is charged per run, not per month, so we quote it per applicant or per document. Your real figure is metered on the Anthropic console and read live at the demo; treat the table as a sense of scale, not a quote.
| Tool | What one run covers | Approx. AI cost | What moves the number |
|---|---|---|---|
| Documentation Automation | Reads a full applicant dossier and drafts every supporting letter, itinerary and checklist in one pass. | ₹50–₹170per applicant | Page count, and how many pages are scanned images vs digital PDFs. |
| AI OCR & Verification | Checks one document for tampering, MRZ consistency and fraud signals. | ₹3–₹8per document | Image quality and number of pages in the document. |
| DS-160 Autopilot (US) | Reads the applicant’s documents and auto-fills the US visa form, page by page. | ₹20–₹45per application | Form length and how much source paperwork it reads first. |
| UK Visa Autopilot | Reads the applicant’s documents and auto-fills the UK application form. | ₹20–₹45per application | Form length and how much source paperwork it reads first. |
| Document Processor | Parses one document into clean, structured data your team can reuse. | ₹3–₹10per document | Document size and how much text it contains. |
| CRM (AI features) | One AI action inside the CRM — a case summary, an extraction or a drafted reply. | ₹2–₹15per AI action | How much text the action has to read and write. |
These figures assume Anthropic’s Claude at current published rates and are shown in rupees for convenience — the console bills in US dollars, so the exact conversion moves with the exchange rate. Re-running a file you’ve already processed costs a fraction of the first run, because a document that’s already been read isn’t read again.
The software itself is a one-time setup. On the one-time licence, AI usage is paid directly to Anthropic on your own key, at cost. On the managed monthly plan, these same per-run amounts are the metered usage we pass through — no markup either way.
Immigration paperwork carries real consequences for real people. Everything here is built so a human stays in charge of the decision, and so your clients’ documents stay where they belong.
The form autopilots stop at the declaration and payment stage, every time. Nothing is signed, submitted or paid for without a person reviewing it first.
Documents go from your browser straight to your own AI account and back. We operate no server in that path — we cannot see your applicants’ files, and we hold no copy of them.
The autopilots don’t depend on fixed field names. They read the live page each time and work out what it’s asking, so a government redesign doesn’t break them the way scripted tools break.
Every letter, itinerary and checklist comes back as an editable draft in your own wording — never a locked file. Your consultant’s judgement is the last step, not the first casualty.
Short, direct answers. If yours isn’t here, ask it on a call — we’d rather answer it honestly than have you find out later.
It runs in production at a visa consultancy handling UK and US files daily — that’s where it was built, against real applications rather than a demo dataset. We don’t name client firms, for the same reason we wouldn’t name yours to the next consultancy that asks. What we will do instead is run one of your real cases through it on a call, so you judge it on your own paperwork rather than on a reference.
It’s a usage-based amount billed directly to you by Anthropic, and it scales with how many pages an applicant hands over — a slim file costs less than a family dossier with six months of scanned bank statements.
Rather than quote you an average that won’t match your document mix, we’d rather measure it: run one of your typical files on a call and you’ll see the exact figure for your own workload. In practice it lands at a low single-digit percentage of what a firm charges per application. There’s an approximate per-tool cost table in the AI & costs section if you want a sense of scale before the call.
On the managed monthly plan you don’t open or top up an Anthropic account yourself. We run the AI on our own account under a dedicated API key issued to your firm, with a spend cap you set. Your usage is metered against that key and passed through to you at cost on your monthly invoice — the same per-run amounts shown in the cost table, with no markup and no “unlimited” pretence. A quiet month costs less; a busy month costs more; the figure moves with exactly the page-and-document factors we’re open about.
You get an itemised breakdown each month, so you can see which applications drove the spend. If you’d rather keep AI billing entirely separate and on your own console, the one-time licence lets you bring your own key instead — both options are on the table.
Documents travel from your browser directly to your own AI provider account, using an API key you create and control. We run no server in that path, so we never receive, process or store your applicants’ files. Nothing is used to train any model. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
This is the part we’re most proud of. Most autofill tools hard-code field names and break the moment a portal is redesigned. Ours reads whatever is actually on the page — the labels, the questions, the available options — and works out the mapping each time. A layout change is something it adapts to, not something that stops your team working.
Then your consultant catches it, which is exactly how it’s designed to work. Everything comes back as an editable draft, every extracted field is shown with the check that was applied to it, and anything inconsistent is flagged rather than quietly accepted.
The tools replace the typing, not the professional judgement. A file still gets reviewed by a person before it goes anywhere.
A fair question, and worth being precise about. The autopilots complete the data-entry portion of a form the applicant is entitled to file, using the applicant’s own documents — then stop. They never complete a declaration, never make a payment, and never submit. A named person reviews the completed form and signs it, exactly as they would if they had typed it. If your firm has its own compliance position on this, we’ll work within it.
The extensions install in minutes. The part that takes real time is fitting them to your firm — your letter templates, your wording, the destinations and visa types you actually handle, and your document checklists. That’s done with you during onboarding, not left as homework.
No. If your team can use a browser and drag files into a window, they can use this. Setup — including creating the AI provider account — is done with you on a screenshare, once. After that it’s upload, review, file.
Yes — that’s the point of building it as a studio rather than a product. The document wording, letter formats, checklists and country coverage are all shaped around how your firm already works. If you need a portal automated that isn’t listed yet, tell us which one.
Take one tool or the whole suite, ask for a version tailored to your firm, or tell us which visa forms to automate next. There's no fixed price tag — we agree what's fair for your firm on a quick call, email or WhatsApp. Send it through and you'll hear back the same day.
Doqify is a small studio, which means every build is handled directly by the person who writes the code — not passed down a chain.
The extensions began as a build for a single visa consultancy that was drowning in document work. Everything in them exists because a real firm needed it — and they can be shaped further around how your team works.
Book ten minutes. Bring a real case, and watch the work do itself. No commitment.
